We specialize in manufacturing complex, tight tolerance, or visually critical components, and we place great emphasis on comprehensive and precise inspection. We have a variety of equipment, including CNC coordinate measuring machines, vision measuring systems, and X-ray inspection for porosity, all operated using the latest version of PC-Dmis software for dimensional inspection. During the final packaging stage, we conduct 100% visual inspection to ensure that each part meets customer requirements. The castings we produce also undergo multiple quality management inspections, such as chemical material analysis, metallographic analysis, dimensional measurement, material mechanical property analysis, hardness testing, and non-destructive inspection (NDI).
