Specialized in Aluminum Forging, Forge Experts
Hot Forging – Cold Forging
We are a manufacturing factory specializing in “forged products” for over 50 years. Starting from jewelry, we have gradually expanded our services to include industries such, bicycles, motorcycles, and automobiles. Our product range includes automotive and motorcycle parts, bicycle parts, sports equipment, general safety hooks, and more.
Our basic equipment includes a group of heavy-duty pneumatic presses of 600 tons and above, which allows us to diversify our products and expand our services. We also have various CNC machining teams that provide turning and composite machining services.
We have X-ray metal optical machines, universal testing machines, hardness testers, tensile and compression testing machines, fatigue testing machines, salt spray testing machines, and various precision measuring equipment to provide quality inspection services. We aim for product diversification, precise quality, and quick delivery. Cost reduction has always been our business philosophy.
We keep up with technological trends and introduce new technologies while continuously developing new products. We accept customer-specified development or contract manufacturing.
Forging is a manufacturing process in which heated aluminum alloy billets are squeezed into molds under immense pressure.
In the process of “aluminum alloy forging,” the forgings must be heated to a certain temperature and placed between the molds to be shaped under the pressure of a forging machine. This is the initial processing stage, and it requires subsequent processes such as aluminum alloy heat treatment, CNC machining, and sandblasting for surface treatment to meet the customer’s requirements.
The aluminum alloy materials we use are 6061 and 7075.
Forging can produce high-strength, high-density, highly reliable, and cost-effective parts without the need for extensive secondary machining. The continuous grain flow improves mechanical properties and avoids defects such as porosity and cracking. Additionally, forging is suitable for producing complex-shaped parts in large quantities, enhancing yield, reducing material waste, and lowering production costs.
6061: It is the most common aluminum alloy that can be hot forged into various automotive, marine, and structural components.
7050: It is a heat-treatable aluminum alloy. Forged parts made of 7050 aluminum alloy exhibit good stress corrosion cracking resistance and excellent mechanical properties, such as toughness and strength.
7075: 7075 exhibits high strength and excellent mechanical properties, performing well at lower temperatures. Forged 7075 aluminum parts are commonly used in aerospace components and airframe structures.

We require potential customers to provide 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for technical review.
If additional casting machining is required, we also need the design patterns for machining.
This discussion and technical review process can confirm the castability of the desired forgings and ensure that the castings meet customer requirements.
When designing forgings, the key design considerations usually include the shape of the forging, parting lines, draft angles for extraction, inner and outer radii, ribs and webs, forging tolerances, and machining allowances.
Currently, due to advances in technology, products are sometimes 3D printed for reference.
We have developed suitable methods for using mold materials and conducted tests on different materials to find the most suitable ones. During mold carving, we ensure the production of intricate details to improve mold lifespan and ensure production stability, allowing for large-scale production of products.
The molds are used for production, and the produced products are submitted to the customer for confirmation. Once the customer confirms the samples, we can proceed to the mass production stage.
We have successfully developed a special trimming die that effectively reduces burr residue, achieving the desired effect without the need for secondary processing. It also shortens production time and saves production costs. Additionally, this product is resistant to deformation and provides safety and reliability during use.
Solid solution heat treatment T4, aging hardening T6, annealing – we have the capability for complete heat treatment of aluminum alloy forgings. This ensures that our processed parts consistently achieve the best possible mechanical properties while minimizing part deformation.
For aluminum alloy forgings with special high-precision requirements, we also have strong equipment and technical capabilities for CNC turning and milling precision machining. This allows us to provide subsequent precision machining for customers’ forgings, meeting their high demands for product accuracy.
